Q1. What is this scheme?
Ans: Sir/Madam, this is the Delhi Dukaan Yojna. It is a special scheme designed to provide people with commercial space for their businesses. Under this scheme, you get a shop space inside the Delhi Mall Complex, with minimum sizes of 50, 100, or 150 sq. feet. You can register with just ₹31,000/-. Q2. Where is the project located?
Ans: The complex is being constructed at Main Patel Road, Delhi, between Kirti Nagar and Shadipur Metro Stations.

Q3. What is the possession date?
Ans: March, 2027

Q4. What is the documentation process?
Step 1: Pay the registration fee of ₹31,000 on our official website: https://delhidukaanyojna.com/
Step 2: Allocation will be done through a computerized draw. Successful applicants will be notified via email. If your name is not in the draw, your registration fee will be refunded to your account within 30-45 days. If you are allotted, you must pay 10% on booking, 40% within 30 days, 25% for 6 months, 15% for 12 months 10% on offer for Flexi payment Step 3: Along with this, the Agreement to Sell must be submitted at our site office.
Step 4: Final registry will be completed at the time of possession.

Q5. If we don’t have a woman or senior citizen in the family, will we still get the discount?
Ans: No, the discount is only reserved for bookings made in the name of women and senior citizens.

Q6. What are the shop sizes on each floor?
Ans:
• First Floor: 50, 100, 150 sq. feet
• Second Floor: 50, 100, 150 sq. feet (Retail Shops)

Q7. What is the registration and allotment process?
Ans: Registration is online.

Q8. When will the results be announced?
Ans: 28th September 2025.

Q10. What is the refund process if not allotted?
Ans: Refunds will be processed within 30-45 days after the allotment date, directly to the same bank account from which payment was made.

Q11. What is the construction stage?
Ans: 55% of the work has been completed.

Q12. Can we register offline?
Ans: No, registrations are online only.

Q13. What is the payment plan after allotment?
Ans: The details are mentioned in the advertisement.

Q14. Can I change the floor after registration?
Ans: Yes, subject to availability.

Q15. Can I open my shop in this 100 sq. feet space?
Ans: No, The mall management will lease spaces to reputed shopping brands. You will receive assured monthly rental income credited directly to your bank account.

Q16. Is loan facility included?
Ans: No.

Q17. Is there assured return?
Ans: No.

Q18. If my name appears in the allotment result but I want to withdraw, will my registration amount be refunded?
Ans: Yes, if you cancel before the results are declared. After results, cancellation is not allowed.

Q19. What is PPP model?
Ans: PPP stands for Public-Private Partnership model.

Q20. Can I buy through a broker/agent?
Ans: Yes, but the entire process must still go through online registration. Shops are offered at fixed prices by the company.

Q21. What is the registration fee?
Ans: ₹31,000/-

Q22. Are there special benefits for women and senior citizens?
Ans: Yes:
• 33% reservation for women and senior citizens.
• 5% discount after allotment.
